Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management to advertisers
• Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals
• Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectives
• Become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet diverse advertiser requirements
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with strong operational rigour
• Oversee account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
• Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
• Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
• Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
• Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management, digital/performance marketing, sales, or consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience cultivating sales skills and client relationships.
• Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and concisely.
• Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to confidently deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Proven leadership skill in leading and influencing change internally/externally, and able to lead by example with a "can-do" spirit
• Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing across a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
• Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment
• BA/BS degree or Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certification
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both communicating and business writing as this role supports Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.

• Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
• Experience in Ecommerce Industry, with understanding of Hong Kong and Taiwan Market knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

Bridging Programme

· Coordinate with various Offices to support Bridging Programme Students’ administrative transition into Singapore and university.

· Collaborate with various Offices to plan and implement the pastoral care programme for Bridging Programme Students.

Student Support and Case Management

· Work with Offices and Schools to identify and provide relevant support services to Science & Engineering scholars, both academic and non-academic.

· Plan and implement activities for these students, to help them better integrate academically and socially.

University-Wide Integration Efforts

· Collaborate with and provide advice to students, staff, and faculty to educate and raise awareness of integrative practices.

· Plan and implement programmes and initiatives that inculcate the importance of diversity and integration.

· Support the development and implementation of policies and practices which enhance integration within university.

Data Analysis and Reports

· Data analysis and preparation of reports for submission to regulators and senior management of university.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognised University.

· Good working knowledge on the transition and integration of international students in higher education.

· At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience which involves considerable interaction with youth.

· Experience with international students in the tertiary education sector will be advantageous.

· Sensitive to and empathetic towards the transition and integration challenges faced by international students.

· Critical and lateral thinking skills.

· Ability to adapt effectively in a complex and constantly changing environment.

· Communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
