• Acquire new clients and surpass ambitious sales goals.
• Establish sales goals and quotas that are in line with corporate objectives.
• Create, implement, and carry out a strategic sales plan that increases the company's clientele and guarantees its continued existence.
• By working together and getting to know your customers' needs, you can cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with them.
• Continue to fill the pipeline by actively seeking out new prospects and turning them into agreements.
• Make reasonable revenue and sales projections for the management group.

Requirements:

• More than 15 years experience in the maritime industry

• Strong track record of closing deals and streamlining the sales processes
• Executive-level bargaining abilities
• Strong background in maximizing productivity with sales tools and products
• Able to work in a fast-paced, start-up atmosphere
• Must well-organized and have excellent communication, teamwork, and people management abilities
