Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resource needs, and budgets.
• Establish project objectives, deliverables, and criteria for success.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure on-time, successful delivery.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the main contact for all project-related communications.
• Regularly update stakeholders and senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Organize and lead meetings to review project status and address any concerns.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor project teams, including automation engineers and analysts.
• Assign tasks, clarify expectations, and monitor team performance.
• Promote a collaborative and productive work environment.

Technical Oversight

• Supervise the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions.
• Ensure that automation technologies align with company goals and standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor risks throughout the project and apply contingency plans as necessary.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Budget and Resource Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project needs.
• Ensure projects stay within budget limits.

Quality Assurance

• Implement quality assurance measures to meet project standards and requirements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, status reports, and technical specs.
• Prepare and present reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned.

Additional Information:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on automation or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus.
