Working Hours:

5.5 days

Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Every Saturday: 8.30am – 1pm

Rotation: 10.45am – 8.15pm (one week once a month)

Job Scope:

· Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians by typing prescription labels and stocking the shelves

· Receive and place incoming supplies on shelves, tagging, labelling and pricing each item accordingly

· Assist with inventory by counting drugs and supplies

· Attend to customers and enquires as and when required

· Assist in medication delivery services

· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

The Role

• Perform warehousing and logistics functions such as receiving, putting away of goods, picking, and marshaling
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Conduct physical counts to ensure the accuracy
• Practice safe work procedures and identify potential hazard
• Handle stocks & equipment with care
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

About You

• Experienced in warehouse and logistics will be an advantage
• Comfortable working in Cold Room Environment (0°Cto 0°C)
• Acquired a forklift license will be an advantage
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends

Our client is a Water Treatment Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data input, analytics, and maintenance of the Procurement Department’s electronic folders.
• Conduct clerical and administrative tasks within the Procurement Department.
• Assist and support the team with quotation and tender activities.
• Utilize internal Purchase Requisitions to identify and process purchase requirements, ensuring accurate information for the Purchase Order process.
• Monitor and expedite Purchase Orders with vendors.
• Communicate order status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of Vendor Registration documentation.
• Confirm goods receipt for Purchase Orders upon delivery.
• Perform additional duties as required, aligned with the role.

Requirements:

• Possess at least “O" Level or Diploma/ITE certification in Office Skills or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
