Strategy, Research and Data Division (SRDD) leads in the forward and strategic planning of AIC using a data-driven and multi-disciplinary approach. The Assistant Manager will conduct strategic planning initiatives to contribute towards the review, translation and communication of AIC’s strategy:

• Analyse and illuminate the impact of cross-cutting issues on ageing and community care
• Facilitate and staff discussions and workshops with AIC Divisions and other stakeholders for effective sense-making and co-creation of responses

• Assist with the implementation of impact measurement
