• Develop and implement new algorithms for efficient processing of hybrid RGB & event vision streams to extract semantically relevant sensory data for visual grounding tasks.
• Develop and implement optimizations to DNN inferencing pipelines, including the integration of Spiking Neural Network (SNN) models, to reduce latency of visual grounding AI models without adversely affecting accuracy.
• Conduct experimental studies (including generation of training data) to quantify the resulting system performance and generate appropriate analytical artifacts (e.g., graphs, reports) to document such performance
• Support the research team to produce high-quality research publications

• Healthcare Operations Knowledge: A solid understanding of healthcare operations, including resource allocation, and process optimization. Experience in participating in healthcare management research projects.

Project / Operations Executive (Entry Level)

The role is to support the industry research unit by conducting data collection through multiple methods including online surveys, focus group discussion and secondary research on companies in Singapore.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks including project set-up, monitoring of fieldwork progress and project timelines to ensure a successful project outcome
• Close collaboration with project team to ensure quality fieldwork execution, including online surveys, focus groups and other research methodologies
• Provide operational support for database management and data collection processes, including creating and/or updating and maintaining research workflows/SOPs as required
• Process and organise firmographics information collected into coherent industry profiles; maintain and update information in an accurate manner for tracking purpose
• Proactively review existing research workflows and process to meet ongoing project requirements

Qualifications, Skills, Attributes

• Diploma in Business, Statistics, Social Sciences or other related fields
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel
• Keen interest in market research, project management and/or operational responsibilities
• Proactive and resourceful
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances
• Knowledge in Python, SPSS, Azure and SQL will be an advantage
