• Contract period is 12 month to cover the construction of an mega warehouse development at Tuas Terminal
• Design & Build contract. Contract start date: Tentatively Feb 2025
• Only 1 RTO position to be filled, to assist the current supervision teams consisting of 2 RE & 3 RTO

Remunerations:

• In addition to monthly salary, AWS will be provided upon 12th month of service
• 2 months of gratuity will be provided upon completion of project.

Job Requirements:

• With valid RTO certificate issued by IES
• Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision

Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $2200 - $2800 (depending of experience)

Working Location: Changi

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9am – 6pm

Saturday: 9am-1pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Draft and prepare AWBs for approval, request CIPL, and prepare permits.

-Verify cargo details and update the system.

-Manage documentation (FWB, FHL, permits) and send pre-alerts.

-Coordinate with customers and agents via email.

-Inspect cargo, report discrepancies, and handle billing.

-Pre-declare customs permits and submit shipment details to Singapore Customs.

Job Requirements:

-Min. N level and above qualifications

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, and handling inquiries/requests.

-Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the Air Freight industry.
