We are Cleaning Company in Singapore,

looking for 1 Night Shift Supervisor with experience.

6 working days, 11pm to 7am

Working location at Fullerton Hotel.

Must be responsible, not absent frequently, know how to assign work, and record workers’ daily attendance.

Position Purpose

• Provide guidance and day-to-day training to staff within assigned area

• Carry out day-to-day operations in managing floor control to maintain & improve quality, service cleanliness & ambience

• Manage and coordinate activities with people, products and equipment to maximize sales and profit

Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Lead a team of service staff within assigned unit by allocating tasks and roles for individuals in the service team

• Check readiness of restaurant for service day and brief service crew on staffing roster for service day

• Manage customer flow and seating arrangement

• Oversee the service rendered by the team to ensure it meets the quality, service, cleanliness and values standards and to address lapses in service quality when necessary

• Manage cash floats, audit rolls, and provide technical troubleshoot for cash register errors when necessary

• Ensure documentation of all cash shortage and surplus in record book and to tally payment collection

Restaurant Management & Planning

• Act as point of escalation for service crew regarding service issues

• Resolve day-to-day operation issues as and when it occurs and to provide support as necessary to ensure service crew are able to carry out assigned task

• Lead investigation and resolution of all complex customer complaints and/or feedback in a timely and efficient manner

Quality Assurance & Control

• Enforce restaurant quality, service, cleanliness and value standards

• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines in the restaurant

• Implement corrective actions to resolve unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors regarding personal and food safety

People Management

• Conduct induction for new hires to provide them with the necessary skills and information to carry out roles and functions

• Provide training to encourage role rotation amongst service staff

• Train and monitor staff in the company SOPs (standard operating procedures)

1. Inventory Management:Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
   Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficient use of space.
   Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records.
   
2. Order Fulfillment:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
   Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
   Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment.
   
3. Quality Control:Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
   Report and document any discrepancies or damages.
   
4. Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
   Participate in regular safety training sessions.
   
5. Equipment Operation:Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
   Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
   
6. Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
   Generate reports as required by management.
   
7. Weekend and Public Holiday Shifts:Work scheduled shifts during weekends and public holidays to ensure continuous warehouse coverage.
   Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during non-traditional hours.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages as required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Carry out site supervise for all trades

· Liaise and manage sub-contractors from all trades

· Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, designs, specifications and all relevant authorities regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

· Possess Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in LTA projects

· Written and spoken communication skills

· Confidence to thrive under pressure
