• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and make cold calls to potential clients
• Create detailed proposal documents based on prospective clients’ formats as part of a formal bidding process
• Get a clear understanding of client's business requirements during sales calls
• Follow up on all sales inquiries
• Prepares client sales reports
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
• Manage all objections with the view of closing the sale
• Make accurate, timely cost calculations and provide clients with quotations
• Negotiate with potential clients on pricing, costs, delivery, specifications, and terms of an agreement during closing in consultation with the Sales Manager
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Gather market intelligence, industry and client information, and business trends
• Advise management on forthcoming service developments and discuss special promotions
• Monitor own sales performance with the aim of meeting or exceeding targets
• Attend internal team and sales meetings to network, share, and learn best practices with colleagues

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

• Inventory management for all e-shop portals, including virtual inventory process during presales and major launches.
• Validate daily online fraud reports and document verifications.
• Manage escalations and work with cross department on customer related issue resolution
• Manage and flag trending incidents on Shopify and RRP to ensure all cases are closed with resolution to customers, and incident logged on systems.
• Manual callback to customers and order firing for issues arising from online sales.
• Manual intervention of orders e.g. stuck orders, orders that failed, MNP rejections.
