Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Retail Sales located in Islandwide. Our client is a local jewellery brand based in Singapore. You will be working closely with the office team to create an excellent in-store shopping experience for customers. This includes assisting with styling customers in the latest pieces, managing inventory, handling restocks, and ensuring the store is always ready for customers. Your role also involves performing cashiering duties, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and processing online order collections or after-sales services when needed. Additionally, you will lead and guide team members, providing them with training and support to ensure their success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year in retail sales experience

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, manage P&L, and expand market share in Singapore, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian territories. Lead complex sales cycles in mission-critical sectors, including data centres, government, healthcare, and commercial industries, leveraging expertise in integrated power protection solutions.
• P&L Management: Assume full responsibility for the offices’ P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
• Regional Leadership and Market Development: Lead and oversee sales operations in the Singapore office and manage regional sales activities in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client satisfaction. Guide clients through the complexities of infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for sustainable power protection solutions.
• Team Development and Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing sales team across regional offices to drive productivity, achieve sales goals, and uphold our commitment to excellence. Provide training and development for sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales and financial performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the management. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L accountability to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Expansion and Innovation: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in untapped Southeast Asian markets, developing entry strategies to achieve revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
• 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).
