Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to Sales Team
• Handling sales enquiries, communicate and coordinate sales-related issues with customers and overseas offices
• Preparing quotations, reports and other sales-related documents
• Sales order follow up and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

• Meticulous, detail-oriented and strong in administrative processes (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Internship admin experience will be a strong advantage
• Meticulous and comfortable to work with tight deadlines
