Responsibilities

• Carry out calibration work both in-house and on-site.
• Prepare calibration report.
• Maintain test equipment.
• Maintain TAT as per Setsco timeline.
• Involve in quality and safety activities.
• Maintain 5s at lab.
• Other duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Experience in performing any calibration of Mechanical, Temperature and Electrical instruments.
• Excellent Technical & Analytical skill.
• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Possess class 3 Driving License will be an advantage.
• Able to work with multiracial people and communicate well with others.
• Candidate must possess at least a Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent.
• Freshers are welcome, training will be provided.

Role

• Provide service to the patient, non clinical matters mainly, from registration to the payment
• Follow up with patients as another mode of customer service, for their feedback and reviews.
• Assists with simple HR duties

Requirements

• Min N / O level / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• min 1 to 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred

Job Duties:

• Ensure all work orders are pick and pack in accordance with specifications.
• Perform all warehouse functions include receiving, stock-in, picking, sorting, QC, packing, counting activities.
• To manage daily internal transfer stocks physically from other locations.
• To do printing of stock labels
• Perform goods release, shipments & collection where necessary.
• Perform shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Ensure all stocks are neatly label and store in appropriate locations.
• Ensure all warehouse area and equipment are secure, clean, tidy and maintained.
• Perform monthly cycle count.
• Ensure new materials are placed in assigned locations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Able to work in non-aircon environment warehouse.
• Know how to operate forklift.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm.
• Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company bus pick up at Jurong East MRT station).
