The Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary include ensuring timely service delivery, conducting research, drafting letters, typing and proofreading contracts and documents, preparing Excel lists, assisting in the preparation of Board and committee meetings, drafting minutes, managing the filing system, and ensuring the successful execution of meetings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist to check through non-Disclosure agreements and other documents to ensure that they have been properly executed.
2. Draft Board resolutions.
3. Assist in preparation of Board, Board Committee meetings, General meetings and their respective papers.
4. Take and prepare minutes of meetings (if requested)
5. Do research

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
