Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to input Purchases and Sales Entries.
• Retrieve. arrange, organize and file all documents.
• Handle general office tasks, such as printing/faxing of documents.
• Assist to prepare documents for billing.
• Coordinate with clients, trading staffs on sales and purchase orders status.
• Assist with any department matters when required.

What you will be working on?
