• Acknowledge incoming job through email
• Prepare daily job for driver
• Keep track of container & vessels movement in portnet
• Keep track of vehicles expiring dates and renew it accordingly
• To create and close the job in the system before passing it over to billing team
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
