• Proficiency in BIM software and understanding of 3D modeling principles.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and design processes.
• Familiarity with relevant BIM standards and protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot potential clashes or issues in the models.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reduce workplace risk, enhance and improve workplace safety
• Assess the company’s HSSE Management System
• Conduct or coordinate In-House Training Program
• Developing, enforcing, and implementing policies that prevent accidents from occurring.
• Create, evaluate, and implement health and safety programs and strategies
• Conduct weekly 5S inspection and prepare reports.
• Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO, Bizsafe certificates
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

• Min 5 years relevant working experiences
• Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer.
• Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).
• Minimum Diploma Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance with schedule.
• Ensure 3D Models are created to capture all instructions or changes issued by Consultants.
• Coordinate the process of 3D Model development and ensure Models are delivered within the sufficient time frame for coordination of MEP and other trade works.
• To highlight discrepancies in Consultants’ drawings and obtain resolution during the process of 3D Model development.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Excellent BIM operating skills.
• At least 3 years of design coordination experience, preferably in the LTA project.
• Able to work independently with experience of at least two large-scale construction projects
