This position will be based in our regional office at Singapore Guoco tower and will be reporting to the People & Culture Director, AOR with primary responsibility towards the Scania Asia Oceania Region business unit.
Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks)
· Manage daily operations of the group
· Coordinate and administrates the regional meetings
· Support expat management on the spot, help with accommodation, services, schooling, vehicle and work permit, visa matters
· Manage and support on HR self-system on leave management, expense claim management · Sort out incoming mails / courier documents
· Arrange travel bookings for all employees in the business units
· In-charge and ordering of office supplies management and consumables i.e. stationaries etc
· Administrative support related to the business unit, authorities, the premises and other assets if needed
· Perform any other duties as directed from time to time
Desirable experience & qualifications
· Relevant education or equivalent work experience
· Prior experience in handling general administrative HR duties
· Good communication skills and English is a requirement.
· Possess qualities such as commitment and drive, meticulousness and flexibility.
· Good organisation skills and able to work independently and as a team player.
