JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan and execute risk-based process audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.

2. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures.

3. Gather relevant audit evidence and document in audit working papers to support audit findings and conclusion.

4. Identify control gaps and make practicable recommendations to mitigate risks, improve the processes and strengthen the internal controls.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, as you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, present tailored solutions, and support the sales process from inception through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges.
• Provide technical consultation to customers, offering solutions that align with their operational goals.

2. Sales Support:

• Scout, develop and obtain leads with new customers to develop sales in your assigned territory.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Develop detailed quotes and proposals, addressing customer needs and specifying technical requirements.

3. Service Support:

• Liaise with customers, end-users and purchasers to introduce the company’s service capabilities.
• Drive the sales of services to existing and new customers with equipment sold by the company.
• Coordinate with the engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for post-sales support, troubleshooting and sales of service.

4. Market and Product Knowledge:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and understand advancements in equipment and service offerings.
• Share insights, feedback and customer requirements with the product development and marketing teams to drive innovation.
• Participate in all company-participated trade shows and seminars in Singapore and abroad.

5. Training and Support:

• Educate customers on equipment features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of products.
• Assist management with any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as and where required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred or related technical field, Minimum Diploma in related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the equipment sales and service industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of vacuum pump technology or other technical equipment. Proficiency in technical sales and solution design.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Travel: Required to support regional customers in Southeast Asia (30-40%).

• Position : Shipping Assistant (Sales support - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- from Logistics/ Supply Chain)
• Location : Henderson Rd (Nearest MRT: Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Working hours :Working hours : 5 days / office hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3300 + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain working relationship with overseas agent including select and recommend new agent.
• Identify new agent to work with and correspond with overseas agent.
• Identify new agent to work with and correspond with overseas agent on Agency matter for the company.
• Identify existing overseas agent contribution, network coordination.
• Monitoring new Agent code creation in our CW1 system, including agent’s background checking.
• Build and maintain working relationship with overseas agent including select and recommend new agent when necessary to BD team.
• Report and handle regional office’s Agency Agreement matter.
• Renew yearly liability insurance policy.
• Assist on direct customer’s supply & shipment arrangement when necessary, existing customers.
• Handle marine insurance claim, including cargo claim and Liability claim

Requirements:

• At least 1 year prior experience in Shipping/ Logistic/ Freight.
• Knowledge with Overseas Shipping Agency (Southeast Region) will be an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
