• Manage various compliance matters such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) submissions, payroll processing, taxation requirements, and applications or claims for government grants.
• Ensure the timely preparation and submission of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in alignment with the management's reporting schedule.
• Develop and implement a robust internal control system along with effective procedures to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
• Assist the Country Manager with various personal assistant duties, providing support in administrative, organizational, and operational areas as required.

Skills and Experience Required

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in accounting principles and bookkeeping practices, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Assisting the Centre Manager in the building of culture and experience for the Oasis community of stakeholders through the planning and execution of diverse volunteer/vendor/staff-led programmes. Through empowering patients, volunteers and staff with continued learning of relevant skills and training, he/she will help realise the vision of a sustainable Oasis of learning and living for all stakeholders.

• Guides and guides the other operations staff where required.
• Identify and attend training for self-development.
• Guides and provides guidance to new volunteers to be Social Animators and Story Vitalizers.
