Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet targets and maintain client relationships.
• Engage in B2B sales activities, identifying new opportunities and guiding them to closure.
• Collaborate with business partners and work with the internal AV Design Team to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure competitive bidding.
• Compile and deliver weekly sales reports (specific to Assistant Sales Manager role).
• Aid in managing relationships with manufacturers for audio and related solutions.
• Target primary markets within the hospitality and education sectors.
• Seek and establish partnerships for audio solutions to broaden offerings for existing clients.
• Focus solutions on Pro Audio Solutions for large venues such as theatres and auditoriums.

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the AV Industry.
• Proven sales experience in a B2B setting and project-based environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Pro sound solutions for large venues, Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, and telephony solutions is an added advantage.
