Job Description:

・Manage and update excel documents for monthly/quarterly/yearly sales, input and calculate each item sales and update excel document
・Prepare shipping documents
・Communicate with supplier (overseas) and get information for sales and prepare invoice, packing list etc.
・Well communication with customer and ensure orders are processed promptly, accurately and delivery on time.
・Provide timely and effective administrative support to Sales Team
・Other related duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

・Open to non-experience candidate with good learning attitude (OJT will be provided)
・Having sales or shipping coordination experience will be an advantageous
・Proficient in Word, Excel
・Candidate should be meticulous, responsible and team player
