• Working Hours: 5.5 days(Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,000 + Car Allowance $600 + $100 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients who need security solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our security systems.
• Work closely with the technical team to fully understand client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes to potential clients.
• Close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Attending to the customer enquiries promptly and follow up with them in a friendly and professional manner
• Addressing customer service issues expeditiously
• Understanding and analyzing the market trends and changes in customers demands
• Providing support to the Manager on the day-to-day management of facility
• Sell self storage product features, e-benefits and competitive advantages in a customer-focused approach
• Responsible together with the onsite team for the sales and revenue performance of the self storage business
• This role supports the Sales Manager to ensure costs are minimized and income meets or exceeds the set budget targets.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field including logistics or last mile delivery
• High quality of communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Honesty and commitment to accomplish tasks, and the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Able to work comfortably with figures and computer-related work
• Interested in working with people and the ability to promote company products to all levels of customers
• Able to work in various locations around Singapore
