The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the marketing manager in the following:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant’s offerings, seasonal events, and new menu launches.
• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and increasing follower engagement.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, including restaurant openings, anniversaries, special occasions, and collaborations.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports and insights to improve future campaigns.
• Work closely with operations and relevant departments to ensure cohesive communication of promotions and restaurant news.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and online advertisements.
• Identify trends in the F&B industry and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to enhance restaurant exposure.
• Manage the restaurant’s customer database and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with competitors and industry changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate & create chinese content.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design & video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
