If you are a Supply Chain professional, Emerson has an exciting job opportunity for you! The Primary Producer Planning Executive will be responsible in leading production work orders, working closely with the Operations team to optimize production output and Procurement team to expedite materials to meet customer demands. This role will handle Intra-company Hubs demand fulfilment and procurement activities as well.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Reviews customers backlog, run Order Promising (Schedule Ship Date), and work closely with operations & supply chain to optimize production output and meet customer expected lead-times and schedules.
· Collaborates with cross-functional teams on material and capacity planning to support demand.
· Handle lead-time enquiries from hubs and final production.
· Lead procurement activities for Intra-company hubs, review workbench, prepare and release orders to ensure fulfilment of demand timely, and maintaining an acceptable inventory level. Collaborates with counterparts from Intra-company hubs to resolve any issues related to procurement processes promptly and efficiently.
· Drives and supports Perfect Execution activities to developing analytical tools to optimize business process and improve existing systems.
· Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Minimum 3 years of planning and master scheduling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience with Oracle MRP and inventory analysis.
· Good communications skills, ability to work well independently under pressure and a great teammate.
· Good excel and analytical skills, and detailed.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Degree/Diploma or any equivalent experience in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or related field. Fresh graduates with related internship experience can be considered.
· Strong customer management skills and expose in a complex operational organization will be an added advantage.
