Job Responsibilities
To build, lead, develop and manage the OnDemand Sales multi country departments, personally driving sales, improvements and the development of customer relationships to ensure the desired sales output is achieved and customer expectations and business requirements are met or exceeded.
Develop a business plan for the APAC regional sales departments to include targets, resource and training requirements and capability. Ensure accurate resource planning to meet load and capability requirements so that key activities can be prioritised.
Deploy global functional strategy, processes and procedures across the locations, including people, rules and tools to maximise functional efficiency and achieve business objectives.
To own and manage the team in sourcing products response to Requests for Quotation (RFQ’s) and Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and ensure their timely delivery to the customer to give maximum possibility of successful outcome
Contribute to and maintain departmental budgets by reviewing budget variances and instigating, where necessary, preventative measures to avoid adverse figures.
Proactively plan and execute visits to major customers incorporating scheduled and prospecting to create opportunities and increase sales.
To own the local management of required compliance activities as directed by central compliance team.
Participation in improvement activities at department / company level to enhance business performance. Comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.
Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
Job Requirements
Possesses minimum Degree in Business
Minimum 15 years relevant experience
Experience in price and terms negotiation
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Aerospace fasterner and hardware knowledge
People Management and Leadership Experience
Excellent communication skills including written and numerical proficiency
