Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Retail
• Position Title: Retail Sales Assistant
• Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: City Hall)
• Working Hours: 5 days, 11 am to 8 pm/1 pm to 10 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Open and close cash registers, perform tasks such as counting money, separating vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Compute sales prices, and total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payments.
• Maintain records related to sales.
• Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
• Checking inventory levels and placing orders for stocks.
• Help customers try on or fit merchandise.
• General cleaning of the store, such as shelves, counters, and tables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write content and develop designs for communication materials like e-newsletters, emailers, and infographics.
• Gather, compile, and analyse data on communications efforts. Assist to prepare reports and presentations on key insights and recommendations by the team.
• Support the organisation of engagement events for staff

Requirements:

• Degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• At least one year of working experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.

Job Highlights

• Location: Taiseng (shifting to Henderson Road in Sep/Oct)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday | Saturday might need work if have appointments, however not very frequent)
• Working Hours: 10am to 5pm
• Basic + Commission

Job Description: -

• In charged of promoting company’s range of products and services to the contract market through interior designers, architects, developers, contractors and design consultants both locally or overseas
• Assist to conduct showroom sales and related duties
• Occasionally visit customers at their premises to show promote products
• In charged of going to job sites to co-ordinate small to large scale projects
• To be able to prepare quotations and assist director and senior sales colleagues with marketing strategies
