This role is responsible for ensuring the PERSOLKELLLY brand architecture aligns with global best practices and that PERSOLKELLY brands are always presented to the market in a correct and professional manner. They will also be instrumental in facilitating communication and collaboration with our colleagues in Japan. This role requires experience in managing meetings, timelines with deadlines, presentation design for stakeholder engagement and managing the payment of the costs associated with the campaign.

Brand Architecture

• Responsible for aligning the PERSOLKELLY brand architecture with the global best practices.
• Ensure PERSOLKELLY brand guidelines are always adhered to.
• Develop and implement an internal education and awareness program that embeds an understanding of the PERSOLKELLY brand architecture and its correct usage across all employees.
• Continually audit all delivery channels to ensure PERSOLKELLY brands are correctly represented across all APAC regions.

Japanese Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with the Japanese market and the respective stakeholders.
• Responsible for all aspects of marketing in the Japanese market landscape.
• Work with Japanese Desk leaders to understand needs of the business and then develop, implement, and evaluate a targeted annual marketing plan.
• Foster relationships, coordinate marketing campaigns and ensuring an alignment of objectives with the Japanese market.
• Responsible for communicating the Headquarters’ group strategies to APAC staff members to receive understanding and empathy: PERSOL Group Vision “Work, and Smile”, Group mid-term strategy, Group brand “PERSOL”, Brand Storytelling, and other approaches made from the whole group perspective.

Internal Engagement

• Ensure marketing activities are engaged appropriately across the employee group.
• Develop and deliver a communication and education program across the PERSOLKELLY business that drives awareness of what activity RHQ Marketing drives and how if adds tangible value to the business.

Projects

• Handle Regional projects in line with Headquarters’ direction and other special projects.
• Identify and research new platforms, business methodologies and delivery channels, with a view to continually improving the way in which the Marketing team functions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Professional Skills:

• Strong command of business Japanese proficiency for written, spoken and preparation of all forms of business communication.
• Thorough understanding of Japan’s relevant policies and practices.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a strong understanding of bother marketing strategies and the Japanese market landscape.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously & under pressure.
• Able to demonstrate strong administrative management skills against repetitive tasks and actions, in addition to high level projects.
• Ability to manage and mobilize limited resources effectively, often working within a tight timeframe.
• Proven ability to be creative (generate ideas) in finding solutions to everyday challenges.
• Self-confident with professional and effective inter-personal skills to obtain buy-in and engage with key stakeholders such as operational managers, senior managers, or external parties.
• Customer focused with strong understanding regarding the commercial consequences of decisions.
• High level Customer Service skills, with a passion for delivering solutions.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within a professional or commercial environment.
• Experience working in a range of marketing specialisations including but not limited to content development, social media, digital marketing, event management and traditional forms of advertising.
• Experience in managing projects with many stakeholders including management of meetings, timelines with deadlines.
• Experience in presentation design for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in managing the payment of the costs associated with the marketing campaign.
