• Respond to customers queries and comments on social media, marketing email and any other channels.

• Support entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

• Conduct monthly market visits to monitor competitor activities, share best practices and recommend action plans to the team.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with specialization on Business or Marketing

• Min 2 years of experiences in a similar role

• Proficient in MS office, Meta & Google business management platforms and any other social media management platforms.

• Detail oriented, organized resourceful and agile with an ability to adapt and problem solve
