What's the Role?

While managing a team of Workflow Specialists, you will lead by example by conducting detailed client conversations and reviews while ensuring the team is operating at your standards or above. You will be analyzing existing client profiles, in particular Desktop API usage, to understand client's workflow and ensure suitable use of our product offerings, while also mitigating business risks. Your responsibilities will include hiring and onboarding candidates for this team to ensure that we are meeting client gold standard. You will be a player coach, being responsible for mentoring and developing the team to ensure they are gaining valuable skills and insights for their continued career development.
