• Job type: 2 year contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for HR applications, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
• Assist HR team members and end-users with system navigation and functionality.
• Maintain and update HR application configurations and settings.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and incidents reported by users or detected by system alerts.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users.
• Monitor application performance and ensure optimal system functionality.
• Document and track issues, resolutions, and system changes.
• Participate in HR application implementation projects and system enhancements.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven minimum 1 year experience in HR application support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Table, Vlook Up)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
