Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in company’s strategic planning for the organization
• Handle projects and oral presentations
• Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department
• Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business
• Involve in company’s ongoing projects, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe
• Provide administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Management or Business
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Good verbal and written presentation skill
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• To assist in installation of hardware and software

• To ensure that hardware and software are maintained according to standards by performing upgrades, new installations and carry out routine updating procedures

Skills:

• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer science or any computer related subject.

• Good knowledge in PC hardware, LAN and Windows OS

• Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently using online and offline resources

• Good communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Well organized, proactive and self-directed

• Able to perform with minimal supervision and a team player

• Shift duty and weekend support are required when needed
