Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry, with a strong track record of sales success.
• Experience working with customers in APAC, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.

• Fulfil as a solutions provider for managed and unified communications solutions for corporate and SMB offices

• To grow and build a successful long-term relationship with the client by meeting and determining their business requirements.

• Good understanding of the Alcatel-Lucent/ Sangoma suite of UC products.

• Manage and grow individual sales pipeline.

• Develop new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

• Review and monitor own sales performance for gap closure to meet and/or exceed targets.
