Scope of work:

• To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;
• To attend and keep a record of sick/injured students;
• To manage incoming and outgoing mails
• To assist in receiving and distribution of goods;
• To assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary

Qualifications, Skill & Experience

• ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level;
• Is able to speak English and Mandarin;
• Possess a pleasant personality and ability to provide front desk services including phone enquiries;
• Able to use Microsoft Office software applications;
• Should preferably have similar working experience in a school environment.

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• Seek lead contacts from various sources and perform marketing/cold-call.
• Perform support to Sales Admin and Marketing function.
• Site visit / meeting to discuss on delivery requirement.
• Provide inside sales support to internal department to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Follow-up with site visit, order coordination and payment collection.
• Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.

Responsible for overoll plainning & coordination of the development work from conceptualization, design in architectural drawings with 3D Max, 3D Studio, SketchUp, Photoshop & perspective drawing and Auto-Cad, work to completion within established budget, schedule & quality standard. Meeting with clients & site monitoring till project is hand over.

Responsible for processing membership applications, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate membership records. Possess a strong understanding of club rules, regulations, and offerings to effectively communicate with members and address their needs.

What you will be doing

• Membership Processing: Efficiently process new membership applications, renewals, resignations, terminations, and other membership-related transactions
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including photographs, contact information, and membership status.
• Member Support: Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, conducting Club Tours, and assisting with membership-related matters.
• Membership Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including sending welcome packages, renewal reminders, and other relevant notifications.
• Sales and Marketing: Generating leads, following up on inquiries, and delivering product information. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Report Generation: Generate regular reports on membership trends, statistics, and performance metrics.
• System Maintenance: Update and maintain the membership management system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to member data.

What we are looking for

• Candidates who hold a Diploma/ GCE “A” levels is preferred.
• Excellence customer service with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (To liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)
• A collaborative team player with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Prior Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
