Job Scope:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our IT solutions and services.
• Identify potential customer needs and create interest in our offerings.
• Schedule appointments for the direct sales team to meet with prospective clients.
• Build rapport with customers, effectively handling objections and inquiries.
• Communicate product benefits and features to prospects with confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointment status, and follow-ups.
• Ensure customer data is up-to-date and organized for effective follow-through.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and lead generation strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs for call volume, appointments set, and solution center attendance.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any field
• Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in telemarketing/ inside sales
