Jobscope :

• Meet the monthly and annual sales goals set by the Boutique Manager.
• Adhere to all sales and operational processes in line with company policies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by showcasing extensive product and brand knowledge, as well as providing excellent customer service.
• Foster high customer satisfaction to cultivate long-term relationships between the brand and its clients, including addressing after-service concerns closely with customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and changes in visual merchandising.
• Ensure the boutique is maintained in optimal condition at all times, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the Boutique Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in selling luxury jewelry or watches or luxury fashion preferred
• Experience in clientelling is preferred
