b. Conducting regular audit check to ensure vendor/user comply to Authority's DC policies/processes.

You will be working closely with all levels of IT Infra support team and is expected to operate, excel, maintain and monitor operating systems of the Data Centres (DCs) whenever and whatever support service for the enterprise system. Job Scope:

Data Centre Operation Management

1. Work with user (with/without vendor support) for any escorting/installation/decommission/replacement of IT Infra equipment hosted inside the Data Centre, ensuring compliance to Authority policies/processes and update relevant inventories accordingly.

2. Carry out periodic checks inside Data Centre, looking out for any:

a. Unreported IT Infra hardware fault

b. Environment issue to be addressed (e.g.: Faulty lighting, item obstructing airflow)

c. Abnormality status of facility system (e.g.: Air-con) and report it to Facility Management (FM)

d. Non-compliance

e. Collect power utilization statistic (if required)

3. Manage, procure and support provision of Data Centre equipment/systems, peripherals, spares, user documentations and technical manuals.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical and online lessons in a professional manner and manage students in a classroom setting
