The Singapore Gastric Cancer Consortium (SGCC) is a translational research group comprising clinicians and scientists working in gastric cancer research. The “Cellular Basis of Neural Diseases” laboratory in the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, A*STAR invites applications for a position as Senior Scientist I (Postdoctoral Research Fellow) in Cellular and Metabolic Therapies for Neurological Diseases.

The goal of the program is to derive clinically relevant neural cell types from induced pluripotent stem cells for development of novel therapies. This will be achieved through enhanced biological understanding of the disease progression and identification of new disease targets.
