The Senior Director, Strategy and Operations for Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Asia Pacific (AP) will be entrusted with a broad portfolio of responsibilities helping Visa to accelerate the growth of VCA and the broader Advisory business. He/she will be a key member of the VCA AP leadership team, working closely with VCA AP Geographical Leads as well as the Head of VCA Consulting, Managed Services and Data Science in AP. Responsibilities

• Support the Head of VCA AP as a Chief of Staff, developing and aligning the strategy and planning in partnership with the leadership team
• Develop the long-term strategy for VCA and Visa, and drive the alignment and execution of strategic initiatives with the rest of the organization
• Drive Value-in-Kind (VIK) for Visa by developing and executing initiatives that accelerate the creation of VIK in Visa’s deals and consumption of VIK towards Visa’s services and solutions, including but not limited to VCA’s services
• Design, develop, and lead initiatives that strengthen core infrastructure needed to scale the VCA business in AP, while driving operational efficiency for the business.
