About You

• Experience in local MAS regulatory requirements preferred. This includes Banking Act, Payments Act, Individual Accountability and Conduct, Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, amongst others.

About You

About the role

• Support teams in conducting root cause analysis and incident investigations, and compile reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Train employees on QMS processes and ensure clear communication of quality procedures and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
• At least of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and management in the aviation or marine industries.
• Completion of the CAAS M10/L11/L12 Examination and ability to interpret CMM, including Illustrated Part Listings (IPL).
• Experience collaborating with OEMs for capability expansion and familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations in the marine, defence, and aviation sectors, along with practical experience in Quality Management Systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Highly motivated and experienced BIM Manager to play a crucial role in driving the implementation and management of BIM processes and technologies throughout project. The candidate possesses a strong understanding and knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and software, along with proven leadership skills and a collaborative approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage BIM implementation on assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, industry best practices, and company standards.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), outlining projectspecific BIM uses, workflows, and responsibilities.
• Oversee model development and coordination, ensuring model quality, accuracy, and compliance with BEPs.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration and resolving clashes and conflicts.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM software, workflows, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or Coordinator, with a minimum of 8 years experience in the AEC industry.
• buildingSMART Singapore, DDM LEAD (Tier 2) accreditation or equivalent BIM certification.
• Proficiency in BIM authoring and analysis software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

BONUS CRITERIA :

• Experience with other BIM-related software such as Solibri, Dynamo, and Grasshopper.
• Familiarity with different BIM uses such as 4D scheduling, 5D cost estimation, and facilities management.
• Experience in implementing and managing Autodesk ACC or other
