The Consumer Sales Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Excellent commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Job scope:

-Oversee the Supply Chain Department: Manage and supervise all activities within the supply chain department, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.

-Manage Customer Enquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding order status, inventory, and delivery timelines.

-Follow Up on Customer Payments: Monitor and track customer payments, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any payment-related issues to maintain cash flow.
