The Technical Manager Service participates in the planning of the relevant budgets

The position reports to the General Manager - service of the Company.

1. Supporting the manager

Assisting with daily tasks, such as administrative work and employee staffing

2. Managing operations

Overseeing day-to-day operations, such as ensuring a clean store environment

3. Providing customer service

Developing and maintaining customer relationships, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer experience

4. Managing employees

Hiring and retaining employees, setting job expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews

5. Managing finances

Monitoring budgets, operating costs, and resources, and managing payroll and personnel databases

6. Reporting

Creating reports, analyzing and interpreting data, and communicating with clients

7. Application

Government department website, bank website application work

8. Complete various work chores assigned by the manager
