The Senior/ Physiotherapist develops and provides rehabitative care and services based on the care model, to residents of the Nursing Home(s). Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years communications experience (marketing, internal communications, external communications), across PR agencies and/or in-house roles
• Good understanding of the Asian & healthcare media/platforms landscape including strong relationships with Singapore based journalists and media
• Track-record of running successful campaigns in Asia is a requirement
• Sound knowledge and interest in the Healthcare sector is a requirement
• Experience in community management, influencer engagement and social media campaigns is preferred
• Superior written and verbal communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others’ work
• Writing skills – you will be a master of words and can/should be able to articulate and write proper digital/data first proposals or communications proposals.

• Able to manage and inspire a team and to make sound judgments daily, knowing when to seek senior counsel

You will provide administrative and operational support for the various initiatives in the Division of Medicine and the Medicine Academic Clinical Program (ACP) such as:

• Assist in coordinating grant calls, sponsorship applications, awards nomination, collation of replies/ returns, handling related enquiries and updating of database.
• Support and track clinical service improvement and innovation projects.
• Co-ordinate and provide administrative support for meetings: prepare agenda and/or presentation materials, logistics; attends meeting and takes minutes, and assists supervisor in tracking progress update.
• Assist in planning and organising events, activities and programs in both virtual and physical format.
• Assist in updating of internet and intranet pages to improve communication efficiency.
• Handle financial claims and purchase orders; ensure follow through with Finance on the reimbursement flow, and ensuring that appropriate procurement practices are applied using the relevant procurement platforms.
• Performs liaison functions to ensure smooth information flow within the division and/or with the relevant departments / external organizations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holders, 2-3 years relevant experience will be favourable.
