Oil and Gas U.S.A. equipment manufacturer's representative located in Paya Lebar area looking for a Trainee Service Technician.

5 day week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5pm

$3,000 / month

Minimum Polytechnic Diploma preferably in Mechanical Engineering with good command of English.

Only Singaporeans.

Summary:

• Customer Service in logistic industry (Air & Sea)
• Basic salary up to $2400
• Location: Changi
• 5.25 days work week
• 9.00 - 6.00pm
• Entry level / Fresh grad are welcomed to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the customers / overseas agent by handling sales quotation and other inquiries for air
• Arrange air export booking with airlines
• Handle air export billing and invoice
• Liaise with operation team for shipment arrangement
• Perform other ad hoc duties as requested

Key Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
• Basic computer skills (ie Microsoft Office)

Our healthcare client is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations at their Contact Centre, ensuring service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and positive experiences.

LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER

• Building your list of potential customers by researching our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press  
• Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential customers to ACS customers
• Building relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Working to sales target meeting financial objectives
• Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
• Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
• Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 month as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list, work with HNWI and of course, how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering service beyond expectation.
