Objective / Purpose of the Job

• Manage and coordinate the project effectively

Job Description

Technical Teaching Skills

• Be able to identify and deliver the key learning outcomes for every topic quickly and effectively to minimise unnecessary amount of time spent on lesson preparation
• Learn about the common misconceptions that students have that cause them to not score in school examinations/national examinations for every topic
• Learn about the use of key scaffolding questions needed for every topic to engage and sustain students’ interest in learning
• Learn about the use of different questioning techniques for students from different learning backgrounds
• Learn about key answering techniques that students need to do well for each topic.
• Learn about key examination questions and application questions for every topic that teachers need to prepare students for.
• Key videos to use for each topic to help students visualise their learning and be able to break down concepts easily for students

Chemistry Practical Skills

• How to teach both theory and practical lessons to students
• How to conduct practical lessons and key practical learning points to highlight to students

Relationship Management Skills

• How to engage and increase the learning interest of students in a group setting
• How to teach Science and Chemistry easily to students so that your students can score

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales of public Cloud products, AI services, Cloud Managed Services, FinOps SaaS, etc.
• Analyze target customer profiles, uncover potential customer needs, develop solutions based on customer requirements, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and exploration of new business opportunities.
• Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including from service initiation to payment collection.
• Manage sales opportunities with regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in sales or BD in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with public Cloud services from top public Cloud providers, with priority given to those with a cloud industry background.
• Strong market sensitivity, skilled at quickly understanding customer business scenarios, and capable of developing new customers.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain long-term customer trust.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, good logical thinking, and good communication abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration skills.
• Business understanding: Capable of understanding different industries and business domains, able to communicate effectively with customers and understand their business needs, providing them with customized multi-cloud solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry expertise: Familiar with industries like finance, FinTech, gaming, social media, e-commerce, etc., able to provide customized multi-cloud and AI service solutions for different industry needs.
• Language skills: Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, able to conduct business and technical communication fluently.
• Technical background: Solid technical background, familiar with multi-cloud environments and cloud computing technologies, including products and solutions from mainstream cloud service providers (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge and experience in GenAI is a plus

Job Descriptions:

1. Deliver Meal Service to patients, attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
2. Take the patients’ meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS).
3. Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs patients.
4. Ensure accuracy of every patient’s meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS.
5. Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.
6. Attend to wards and patient’s food related issues, complaints and feedbacks. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow up action and service recovery.
7. Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
8. Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations governing leanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

• At least a Secondary Education in any discipline
• Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene cert will be an advantage
• Service oriented and good communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, hotel, food & beverage, hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Able to work on 12-hour shifts, weekends and public holidays
• 4-days work week (Total working hours is 44 hours in a week)
• Working hours 7:30am to 8:00pm
