Job Purpose

Job Description:

1. Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects
2. Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly
3. Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design
4. Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules
5. Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination, supervision, submission of shop drawing including design & planning and submission of documentation & claims
6. Prepare and review project scope of work and cost estimation for procurement of hardware and services. Manage vendors and review their performance
7. Manage sub-contractors including planning and site activity

Requirements:

1. Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
3. Relevant experience in ELV system (Security Access Control System, PA, Fire Alarm System, Structure cabling, & etc.) is preferred
4. Have strong knowledge in designing a system for ELV security system
5. Able to manage an ELV engineering projects cycle independently with minimum supervision

E&I assistant/Engineer (CMMS/PLC)

Responsibilities

• Plan and support in daily maintenance works and that they are carried out as scheduled and in compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Work together with inhouse contractors for daily activities.
• Initiate PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) on improving equipment reliability and process system robustness.
• Coordinate with other department counterpart and other maintenance team members in the execution of plant equipment repairs, improvement and modifications projects as assigned from time to time.
• Involved in troubleshooting of equipment troubles and develop countermeasures
• Support in upkeeping of ISO standards and participate in annual audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and SS651).
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records/reports in CMMS (R-MIC).
• Support in Energy and Water Efficiency team. Attend meetings, data collection, analysis and support energy and water reduction activities.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering Certification.
• Min 3 years of E&I experience in Chemical/Petrochemical industry.
• Hands on maintenance experience in troubleshooting and rectification.
• Good interpersonal communication skill and positive team player.
• Self-driven, independent and resourceful.
• Poses good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to perform call-out activities and extended work hours when needed.
