Job Description
- Responsible for providing aftersales services in relation to spares, warranty and service matters work in carrying out repair works of the company’s standard and customized equipment.
- Responsible for aftersales service and ensure the set KPIs/sales target are achieved.
- Manage service contract agreement and ensuring that contractual obligations are performed accordingly.
- Supervise a team of Service Engineers, Technicians and coordinating their work to resolve technical issues efficiency and achieve aftersales customers' satisfaction.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance products and customers' satisfaction as well as profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
- Manage training plans, including delivery of content, to cover new procedures, safety lapses and improvements to ensure service continuously on company standards.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering/ Automation
- Min 5 years work experience in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing/Automation environment.
- Have good experience in service and maintenance.
- Familiar with mainstream 3D design software like Solidworks.
- Able to read drawings and do 2D drafting by using AutoCAD.
- Positive thinking, Sales-Oriented, Self-Driven and Proactive.
- Able to communicate effectively and present company well.
- Good command in English and Mandarin
- Energetic and approachable personality
- Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
- Able to work beyond office hours when needed and answer customer calls.
- Have Class-3 driving license.
