You are responsible for overseeing the operation of telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM), as well as other operational support services. You will monitor and review existing maintenance service contracts, ensuring that services are delivered on schedule and meet the required standards. You will lead and manage initiatives to achieve excellence in service quality, while also supporting and enhancing the centre’s infrastructure. You will work with different stakeholders including regulatory bodies to ensure timely project completion and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will review policies and procedures related to your scope of services, and lead or participate in corporate committees and projects.

Requirements

· Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or telecommunication operations

· A WSQ certification in WSH would be an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· A team player with good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

· Also able to work independently and resourcefully in a dynamic environment, with a passion for analysing and improving operations

- Update worker training list & Arrange training schedule.

3. ISO, BIZSAFE STAR (Yearly)

- Document preparation

4. PURCHASE (Monthly)

- Prepare Purchase Order, crosscheck supplier invoice with DO and PO before make payment.

- Issue cheque to supplier.

5. JOB VACANCY POSTING

- Post advertisement on newspaper.

6. PAYROLL

- Create employee profile

- Prepare & follow up employment contract for the new employee

- Key in, check attendance, and process payroll by using Info-Tech.

- Scan, File and upload employee related form to the system – AL, MC, Employment Contract, Attendance.

7. Any ad-hoc administrative matter assigned by management related to support operational activity.

• Process sales orders based on customer needs.
• Update data and support operations accurately.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and handle customer claims efficiently.
• Assist team with month-end and daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg holder in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• At least 1-2 years of prior relevant working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
