1. Pre- and Post-event Inspection
• Inspect the function room before each event to ensure the layout set up by housekeeping matches the event order and layout plan.
• Communicate with housekeeping or relevant teams to rectify any discrepancies in the setup.
• Conduct pre- and post-event inspections with event organizers of the function room to ensure all equipment and furniture are in proper condition.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to the Function Room Sales Executive immediately.
2. Event Support
• Greet event organizers and guests upon arrival and ensure their requirements are met promptly.
• Address any inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Function Room Executive if necessary
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any last-minute requests.
• Monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of the function room throughout the event and liaise with housekeeping if additional cleaning is needed.
• Assist in managing crowd control if required during larger events.
3. Administrative Support
• Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks related to function room operations.
Rates : $12 per hour
Due to system constraint, do note that the published payment rates are hourly rates and not monthly rates. For the above position advertised , the rate of payment is $12 per hour.
