Job Summary

As the Manager – IT Solutions – Contract Logistics – APAC, you will be the driving force behind designing and implementing IT solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT solutions, with a focus on logistics solution design, business analysis, and implementation, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• Expertise with WMS, TMS systems, and EDI standards; hands-on experience in application development, integration, and implementation.
• Understanding of various contract logistics models and domains.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and an additional Asian language, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges within the logistics domain.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other relevant frameworks.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed.
