To provide general quality patient management pertaining to the non-medical aspect of the clinic Such as:

• Patient registration in the clinic, scheduling of patients’ appointments including sending reminders
• Answering phone/SMS and email queries
• Coordinate booking of investigations, scheduling of procedures with hospitals, labs and other clinics
• Handle payments and prepare submissions for Medisave and insurance claims
• Preparing patients’ medications for doctor to check, and dispensing medication
