Job Scope

• Lead, supervise and manage a team - Work closely with the management team to optimize warehousing and logistics operation - Responsible for people and warehousing resources management to deliver effective and efficient operation services to customers.
• Ensure all inventories are properly managed and the delivery of logistics services to meet customers’ KPIs and conduct operational reviews with internal and external customers to resolve logistics service failures directly with customers and operational team.
• Perform operations review for WMS systems, daily operations and environment for further productivity and safety practices.
• Ensure Warehouse operations adhered to SOP and safe practices and maintain optimum utilization of warehouse space and constantly review methods of material handling and flow to increase productivity.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping and warehouse security.
• Assist or involve in ad-hoc activities assigned.

Requirement

• GCE O Level / Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics Management or relevant qualification
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in a managerial / Supervisory role in 3PL/4PL Warehousing / Logistics environment
• Possess Forklift License will be advantage

Volunteer Management

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify, build and sustain a healthy pool of competent Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and SGD volunteers
• Monitor the recruitment cycle of SGAs and SGD volunteers

• Responsible for the day and day cargo operations/arrangements of chemical tankers you in charge, and update the ships' schedule to all involved parties including ships' owner.
